I had stayed here for around 3 weeks, so i know in and out of this place. Booked through OYO. The room which was given to me was very good (attached pics) - spacious room, very clean, neat and clean bathroom and all other facilities like TV, A/C and heater were working in good condition. Hotel is couple friendly and located in a safe area. Reception guys are good. They have a kitchen inside this hotel - food price is reasonable and tastes ok ( attached food pics). But this kitchen is not open all the time and outside food is not allowed. They denied Swiggy and Zomato delivery guys to enter inside. Hotel is of 3 floors only, so there is no lift. Some issues i faced during my stay were like they forgets our food order, have to go behind the reception guy several times for room service because the manpower is less - hardly 2 guys doing all the stuffs and the room service was not satisfactory. Customer service should be improved as they forgets our needs.
Dont book this hotel even if they offer you free of cost stay, OYO is a Fraud. They will make you do advance payment the moment you enter into the hotel they will make you wait for hours unless and until you leave out of frustration as you are left with no other option to check in to another hotel, your money and time everything will be wasted
There is no lift in this hotel. The staff service is abhorrent, wait for an hour to get anything you ask for. Also don't eat food since the gravy is the same masala mixed with oil for everything. It upset my stomach and also others in my family who ate it.
The rooms were clean and good. They don't have kitchen now so don't add breakfast option while booking from Oyo.. Overall good.

I faced many prblms in the hotel during my stay that the a/c did not work and even after telling at the reception about the AC they did not manage to get it done right that was most disappointing thing.2nd thing is that the room was smeling bad I complained about this as well bt they did not took any action on it.3rd problem I faced was that I had a stay of 3 days and 3 nights within this 3 days no housekeeping person came to clean my room...the only that is liked is the room was very good had sufficient place in the room
