I am extremely surprised how people have given more than 1 star. Most pathetic hotel ever. Zero standards of cleanliness and maintenance. Staff is least bothered in making sure that the customers have a comfortable stay. All the fittings in the bathroom are covered in rust, stains, and dirt. You don't even feel like using the shower looking at how dirty it is. The water coming out from the heater was muddy which suggests that it hadn't been used for months, neither had anyone cared for its maintenance. The room is spacious but what's the point of it if the stay is uncomfortable with mosquitoes and dirt all around? I had to change 4 rooms at the time of check-in because in every room there was something which was not working, either the AC wouldn't work, or the toilet sprinkler wouldn't work. They don't provide sealed mineral water, just refilled regular used bottles of water. You need to ask them to give you a towel, which are shredded entirely, you need to tell them to give you a floor mat for the washroom, you need to tell them to give a mosquito repellent with at least some liquid left in it. I've stayed in probably 300+ hotels worldwide and by far this has been my worst experience ever! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL EVEN IF YOU GET IT FOR FREE.
Rooms are not good if you have decent experience of staying hotels. Services are very bad.
Rooms are shady, services get delayed at times, taste of foods are moderate.Expenses are higher than it deserves.
Location is nice but the property was not maintained properly, It was stinky, dirty and you have to call staff for basic amenities and please do expect enough delay in all kind of services.
