Very poor service staff was so rude and unprofessional total money waste
totally lost the time of there room was so dirty no cleaning in floor and i also forgot my charger in room but they are said i did not got anything, how can they say like this i am very shocked the staff in my life this is happened with me first time, location is very good but services of this very bad. please if you are not provide any services of oyo guest to don't take any booking from oyo.
Not at all a clean place. We didn't get a room even after paying for it. The receptionist said that the rooms are given to someone else which is so not acceptable. Receptionist is not properly groomed at all and not even friendly. A horrible experience here. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Fraud Oyo Hotel in Noida, they are not professional in hotel services, this hotel had very bad experience of mine. They are denying online booking due to heavy rush in this hotel because of allowance of local Id and being a couple friendly hotel. If they want to run this type of services why they are attached to Oyo and why they are showing empty hotel room in online app?? Simply they are making fool of all customer who online booked this hotel. Very poor service.
Extremely Extremely pathetic services..Rude and arrogant staff.. My room was not prepared at all even though I was a bit late in checking in. So I had to wait in another room for an hour so that they could arrange me some another room.. I wish I could give them 0.
Only one thing I can say about my experience at the place; pathetic. Nothing is like the pictures they have shown over the net. Ignorant staff and dirty rooms made my experience the worst at any hotel so far.
Staff was very good but hotel service was not up to the mark , their is no TV in the room no towel and shops or handwash, not happy with the room
