According to offered price, seems ok neglecting few things. Rooms are well furnished with AC & LED tv. Room was not cleaned before check in, but on complaint it was cleaned. Restaurant/breakfast services are not available. Minimum tea/ coffee services are expected. Handwash/soap was not there in the bathroom, which is a necessity. Reception and staff were humble & cooperative.
Pros: If are looking a budget hotel, then It is good choice. Newly built, rooms are in very good condition. Food quality is excellent. Cons: Location is atrocious. Hotel staff behaviour is good but services is very poor. You have to go to top floor for breakfast in the morning. They don't serve morning Breakfast in the rooms.
Terrible experience. The hotel management never listens to the requirements even if you personally go to their desk. Basically room service is non existent. They keep on fighting among themselves. The toilets are in even worse condition. The locality of this place could not have been more worse. Its literally in a gully. Avoid at all costs
A BIG NO NO to this hotel. It's a total shame! 1. Very poor locality. Dingy roads and shabby buildings, one of which is this hotel. 2. No identification board. So you roam around in the dirty streets and keep looking for the hotel. They don't answer calls even! 3. NO WATER! 4. Hotel building is under construction. Doors don't close. Keys don't work. No latches in the bathroom even. No dustbins in rooms. 5. Very dirty washrooms (especially commodes) Poor cleaning facility. They use the bathroom and face towels to wipe the commodes and the bathroom floors. Imagine. 6. Extremely poor service. Delayed work, ignorant staff and false promises all the time. NEVER COMING BACK HERE. IF THERE WAS A ZERO STAR RATING, I WOULD GIVE THAT TO "SILVERSTAYS EXECUTIVE HOTEL" with no sense of how to treat a guest.
really horrible experience. the whole night ac is not working. i am totally frustrated with it. when i concern with the authorities they reply it will be work soon but not done, also the lift is also not working. really fed up there that night. please try to not stay there.
You will be disappointed being there. Staff behaviour is not upto the mark AC work sometime only Cleanliness is objectionable SilverKey's are generally good but not this one Only pros is its location (*no parking)

Good place for budgeted accommodations. No doubt the rooms are well maintained and the staff is quite cooperative but the surroundings,i.e the locality is not that good because the streets are tidy and broken.
