Room is very Neat and Clean. Good Behavior of Staffs. Difficult to find food at doorstep. But food can be taken by 5 mins walk. You can Book rooms through OYO app at a reasonable price.. Not only a Room.. You can get a Bedroom along with Kitchen, Balcony, Hall or an Hangout area. It was like a Small House. Good for Families as well as for Hanging out with Friends. Can be Reached Highway Road by a walkable distance of 1.5kms. You can get Scooters on rent in front of the Reception... It was Awesome and gives me a Pleasant Stay. Room is very neat and clean. Only one thing what we had...water was not there in the early morning at toilet When we informed reception they switched on the motor immediately, but it tooks almost 20 mins to get normal flow of water in tap..

This is very cheap but fraud hotel. The property owner is well behaved but is not at all a professional. At the time of check in,he demanded extra money for sanitisation, Original price was Rs 607 but he demanded Rs1200. Also there is no official account to which we can pay,my transactions were pending,so I repeated the payment and the amount was paid .And the next day pending transactions went through and requested him to return my money,to which he did not respond positively. Finallllly after 2 days I personally went to the property and took my money back. There is no wifi,no TV connection,no AC and don't expect power supply to last for even an hour,it keeps coming and going .Drinking water was not provided to the room,I myself had to go 3 floors down Everytime to get water. It was really a horrible experience and I couldn't give reviews of the hotel in the app as he took my mobile on the pretext of checking booking ID and checked out from my OYO app giving himself good ratings.I don't think this deserves any Silverkey or executive tag. He himself has written review with good ratings,his name is NANDHU SAKKU

I went in, first the said upgrade is available and then it was not available after I paid for the booking, rooms are getting cleaned after the booking are confirmed, room stinks of alcohols, lights were completely off from the socket. When called no one answers quickly.....had to call multiple times, no proper drop at the room. I regret booking it.

Property was declared closed by the receptionist. This meant that they had stopped taking bookings from any online portal. They were happy to allow me to stay by booking rooms over the counter. Hence I don't know about the rooms . OYO support also was found missing when I tried calling them. When they answered the call they declared that the payment was pending but I had paid the full amount online. At last they charged a cancelation fee for a property which was not accessible to me.

It was our living place or flat while we are studying in bangalore.. Had a lot of fun in these rooms with wild parties and everything which happens in bachelors life. The Oyo has been launched after we left the Falts on 2017 so we have no experience regarding the hospitality but I have just rated because of its rooms size and infrastruture of the apartment.

place was good.. we got 1 BHK.. decent space.. near and clean..if the booking are more may be fid difficulty for car park... for shorter rides, you will get rented scooter from there.

Worst place to stay. Really bad room service. Charging extra money for attached washroom. No drinking water and no towels were provided. TV with very few channels. Washroom condition was really pathetic and unhygienic.
