Good budget stay on OMR. Building structure is like a serviced apartment but rooms themselves more like usual hotel rooms. Mini fridge in rooms is a plus point & the washroom & shower are quite decent too. Slight negative being online food delivery is not allowed beyond lobby to the room / floor & needs collecting from reception & WiFi is strictly average

Excellent place for comfortable stay. Neat and clean rooms. Very polite staff. Breakfast, lunch and dinner facility is there. Anything special can be arranged on demand. Overall, very much satisfied with everything. Planning again for my next trip.

Fully furnished apartments ( flats) split into 2 rooms and used as OYO rooms. Good atmosphere, excellent & prompt service and value for money experience... Within 50 metres from OMR road and still quite peaceful.. Has a gym available for guests.. Maybe, (and only for some people) one drawback is that room payments are only accepted via cards and food payments by cash.. Would have liked payment to be flexible.. Otherwise a completely fantastic and satisfactory experience..

I and My wife booked this property to stay on 03/08/2019. When we visited this property they denied our stay saying we do not allow unmarried couples. We told that we are married recently and showed our wedding pictures. They asked marriage certificate we told them since we got married on 23/06 it will take minimum 90 days for government to give the certificate. They were not able to listen and starting treating us as if we are saying lie and told us its mentioned in the booking portal. In the portal said unmarried couples not allowed but it has not mentioned we should carry our marriage certificate. How do you think we need to carry our certificate wherever we go. First the property should treat customer as a king. They highly misbehaved us. We travelled for 12 hours and they are very easily said see other property. Dear hotel, Please put the point in the booking site all married couples should carry marriage certificate. Everyone please do not go to this property they will treat u very badly. We are from very good family background but they abused us as if we visited to the property to have some fun. Very bad experience. DON'T EVER GO TO THIS PLACE! PATHETIC SERVICE

Its the best hotel staff I have ever stayed in, clean rooms and linens were provided with all promised amenities and also its easy to locate also the way towards it has good and clean roads. And the food is pretty good.

Ways to reach- from central railway station it's 25 plus kilometres,, cabs could charge 500 to 600 ,, probably take a deluxe bus to jain college for 30 bucks and from bus stop it's just walkable Property is basically 3 bhk houses converted to individual Oyo rooms Bedding was in international standard Good air conditioned TV with Tata sky was there but only free channels were available not even basic tamil channels were subscribed If you order food from outside you can rent plate from them for 30 rs each ,if you get food from the hotel itself then they don't charge , Check-in was smooth ,2 half litre water bottles given but they also have 25 litres can in the hall which you can use ,, Overall a stay with no troubles ,, really executive Water flow in bathroom is very low so prefil your bucket before getting in for bath

Popular as corporate guest house. Service staffs are courteous and professional. Cleanliness is their top priority. Quite reachable from any part of the city, hence no problem of transportation.

very good relationship with employee and management room size is 12'x12' and clothes storege wardrobe and computer tablet chair every day 1lit. Package water bottle and 25lit. Bottle in dinning area.
