The room looks good but the service is poor. They doesn't provide anything other than a pair of towel. At the middle of the night suddenly water stopped.

Cons: Bathroom was ill kept (smelled bad.even after complaining it was not cleaned). TV never worked during my stay. Spring Bed mattress had no cushion on the top as you could feel the prings poking through when u sleep. No proper foot matt.. Complementary breakfast was just not enough in quantity. Very unfortunate that I stayed here. Pros: This hotel has all the potential to be good,but poor management . Very near to airport. Early check-in possible. Peaceful location.

I reached the "hotel" early morning with my mother. We had a double occupancy booked in advance. Check-in was easy. The room was on the second floor, the elevator let us into what seems like an apartment complex, that has been converted into individual rooms. The room that we were allotted, seemed nice and cosy, but it did have a musty odour. We quickly realised that the bed spreads, blanket and pillow covers weren't clean/fresh. The bath towel provided, was also damp. The Air-conditioning unit was set to a mode that turned itself on and off randomly and the remote was nowhere to be seen. We weren't in the room to check out the television. They didn't provide us with a bottle of water either, nor was there a dustbin in the room. The Bathroom steals the show: moulds of fungi growing near the ventilator; the bathroom floors haven't been cleaned in ages; the taps have this very odd white crystals forming over it (maybe the hard water??); And all metallic parts of toilet-ware are very oddly stained. All of which questioned the hygiene and general cleanliness of the place. We wanted to extend our check-out by a few hours (not that we loved staying here, but our bus was later in the evening), and as we enquired about the payment that would be needed for the service, the chap at the front desk was rather rude. One ought to wonder, why they would be so arrogant for such a lousy service. PROS * Right next to the back gate to PSG Arts and Science College. * If you have driven here, then there seems to be good parking (and I hope you've driven here, so you could at least sleep in your car). * Close to the Airport. CONS * Staff is rude and arrogant. * Why is there no dustbin? * Dirty/used bed linen. * Damp bath towel * Very dirty bathroom * Bathroom infested with moulds and algae. I learnt from my mistake, hope you learn from mine. PS: I found the dustbins outside the room... So scratch that.

Cleanliness was lacking. The bedsheets seemed unwashed. The toilet was not clean enough and the balcony area was filled with dust. They didn't even remove the left over food of the previous customer. It's better to call the people for location as its a little difficult to locate this place.

It's located little inside. They don't have mineral water bottles even to buy. I had to walk down to another street to get water bottles. Room was spacious but toilet was disaster. Morning breakfast was completely for my booking but I was told it will be available only after 8.30 am and my flight was at 9.15 am could not have breakfast. Had a tough time to get a transport to go to airport.

Worst. There was no water in the room today to go for the toilet. I have complained to the Front dusk. No response. Waited about 25minutes. I went myself to the reception. Then only they sent the boy Breakfast quality was very bad. On my check-in the allotted rooms cupboard door was broken.

The Oyo 18452 is very good located in a pure residential area, not at all suitable for families, walking distance from Airport but you can not walk with luggage since the approx.500 meter walk stretch is dirty soily road at dead end. White Bedsheet, Blanket, & Towel was dirty and seemed used one. The remote of the TV was not working due to exhausted battery, I asked the attendant to provide but it wasn't available with him. No Rod or hanger available in the cupboard to hang clothes. Comod flush was not working. The good part is that they provided only bottled water to drink. Comod jetspray was not having water pressure. Basin size was too small. I opted "with breakfast", so half cup coffee, which was neither hot nor cold but of room temperature plus 4 small idlies were provided with a small katori of cold sambar and two spoon chutney served in room itself.

Started here overnight. Booked via OYO with very good discount. It is a bit tricky to find. Google directions are not the best. You need to take a tricky turn at the traffic lights into the feeder road against oncoming traffic. The road to the hotel is muddy and bumpy. The hotel itself is very nice and I would recommend it. There is no restaurant though.
