Service was pathetic, in restaurant area managers should know how to talk with customers, they don't want to welcome them. In empty restaurant he told us that tables are booked and he didn't gave us a proper space to sit! How the hell all tables ara booked in a second?.. Liers!!!! I mean kuch bhiiii..!
I got the opportunity to try a lot of food and cuisines in this restaurants as I was staying in this lovely hotel. Amazed that they could make all of them so perfectly. Punjabi food was insane. I had the paneer balti and a mix veg with cheese chilly Naan. It was insane. The daal makhni with the biryani was also good. We even got the chance to try their sizzler. I haven't seen such a sizzler anywhere and it tasted amazing. From the special menu we tried the momos which weren't very exciting though was a good innovation. One of the best things was the chilly cheese papad with the green chutney. Even the Chinese was excellent. The ambience and the hospitality was very good. The staff was very kind and the chef also came out twice to ensure everything is perfect.
I have been there two times. Food was good both the times but service needs improvement. We had arranged for party with unlimited fixed menu. However while serving if we asked for glass of buttermilk waiters would push for taking another glass at the same time which was very annoying. Waiters seemed less enthusiastic to serve courteously. Food was very good.
