The one and only best in class gym in patan the service is absolutely fantastic the hygiene is also on point and their workers behaviour is also polite overall its an amazing experience

The gym is overall perfect, the machines, equipments facilities everything is pretty good but talking about the rules, too much of rules too much strict don't do this or that in comparison to the facilities they provide.i mean ok have those strict rules but do provide the service also compared to it equally For example just couple of trainers are certified but majority are not hence they do not act like one, the new joiners usually performed wrong exercise with wrong forms but the trainers don't attend to them unless its a private session or their friends or someone they know Few trainer don't even give a support while working out, if asked they'd reply no we don't give support or help, i mean then why are you even here as a trainer. And just like every gym they'd support girls anytime lol put back their weights, help them etc but not to the boys. But it is the best gym in patan in terms of the equipments place and stuff but not the service.

Atmosphere is very good. All trainer are supporting friendly in behavior.

Joined silverback in the month of August 2022 using "couple" scheme just for a month...but the overall atmosphere,vibes of the gym are so positive and encouraging that we are still here even after 4 months..We lost 10 kg(me)and 7kg(my husband)....We have made this gym a part of our lives now..Will surely recommend to others for its hygiene, professionalism and cleanliness to others.... Sliver back gym is perfect for the all workouts. All the Trainor are very helpful nd best. All trainors like pratik bhai, aashu bhai, Chetan are best.
