Administrative staff need training in customer management. Our room card key was deactivated almost 3 times in our stay of 2 nights and reception does not send anyone with new card key even after several phone calls. 'Extremely overpriced' is a mild term when it comes to food as each dish of chicken/mutton was not less than Rs 500-600 some of them going up to Rs 800. Although immensely overpriced , food quality was fantastic and we ordered from hotel for all meals except one. Rest of the stay was good with great ocean view , good clean pool, good food and ample parking space with valet.

Very specious resort. Great view from room. Good service. Very supporting and well trained staff. My kids enjoyed swimming pool time. Swings around the ground outside is what my kids loved the most. Duplex room is what surprised my kids. Room above is very cozy and unique something my kido enjoyed in the room.

Till Check in to check out the service was very good.... I have not experienced such a great breakfast ever before... Everything was ready in Jain also..... So many dishes were there for breakfast.... It was a very big jacuzzi and pool... Mocktails were also provided.... Overall it was a superb experience.

Service: poor Staff Behaviours: worst Bar tender: stupid behaviour Food: below average Cost: expensive Restrictions: Too many. After 11 pm you can sit out side in premises. Noon time they don't play music.. Overall not recommended.

I had a stay at this property on the occasion of my wedding anniversary. I am not satisfied with their service. My husband asked them for room decoration but they were late and didn't do any decorations also we asked for candle light dinner there was no arrangement for the same. We ordered pizza it taste pathetic it was like we are eating rubber. Food is also overpriced Never going again at this property.

This was my second time visiting this hotel and I would put this on my "go once a year" list handily! The rooms are beautiful and so is the property. The pool is one of the best there is and the food was surprisingly really good! Great portions and great taste. The service is lightning quick and the staff are polite. 6/5 if I could.

It was the most horrible experience we'd ever had. We booked a premium category room and the air conditioning did not function the entire time we were there. After much negotiation with the receptionist, they offered us a room change, but the air conditioning did not work in that room either. We were also affected by lowvantilation. They didn't have a housekeeping staff, so one was there to help us move our luggage. There is no security in the hotel as well. There was no security or parking system during the night, and the parking attendant had given our car keys to another guest, which was quite irresponsible. There was no hiring authority present in the morning till 10 a.m.

We were in the premium rooms for 4 nights and liked the experience. The buffet breakfast is too good. The swimming pool started at 8 AM which was a bummer! We also paid for the spa services but weren't satisfied. Lots of activities to do on weekends.. overall amazing experience
