Neat and clean rooms. Good service by the staffs. But for the price they should better quality soaps, shampoos and other amenities in the bathroom, Towels where very old. Cover of the quilt was not changed I saw some hair bits of the previous guest.

Rooms were very big. It has only 8 rooms overall. 4 on the ground floor and 4 upstairs. Food is prepared on order. Has a view of the river. Overall it was nice stay for us.

Had a very good time in Silver storm Resort. Rooms are very clean and tiny. its a 10 km away from Main Athirapally falls. we can get Auto and public transport like Bus are frequently available for Athirapally falls and Salakudi. Morning break fast they served in room dining and that food is ok and also they are having Restaurent. we visited There theme park just a next building and got very good discount. excellent memories..

Don't be mistaken by the name it's not a resort in fact it's hardly a hotel... rooms were ok same like you see in their pictures but there was no restaurant no open space nothing to do at all.. there is a snow park right beside it that you can't enter without paying for it's entry.. for vegetarians there were hardly any food options that they will serve you in the room. There is no table in the room to eat comfortably.. no paper roll in bathroom, ants in bedroom, overly spicy breakfast and the list goes on... the receptionist there was rude and thought he was providing great resort like services... overall it was not worth the price paid

Very good place for kids, resort with water theme park.

First of all, it's not a resort, just a hotel with some rooms. They do mention amenities but all of them are in the theme park where we aren't allowed until we take a ticket. The biggest issue was the Jibin (receptionist) statement when we asked for vegetarian food but he said who eats veg and has very limited options. This statement itself says that they hardly care about vegetarian people. Also, these guys do not have a restaurant part of the property, it's just a small dining area with a kitchen being in the theme park. So, they are not serviceable all the time. We asked for tea at 8pm but were told it was not possible. There are plenty of resorts on this road who are much better equipped and better value for money

Perfect Location, right on the main road. Rooms are little expensive though. But accessibility is the key feature. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Easy access to the storm and snow parks, walkable distance. Thats the plus point.

The resort is like a side for the main water theme park. Though the room was spacious the ambience was noisy. There was loud music late night from the theme park despite of us complaining. Also the service was not resortworthy. Many a times there was no answer from reception. Location is at an advantage as there was river view rest of it not happy
