Very badly maintained. Inspire of good property, there is no service. Since there is no food joint in Silver Springs how can one stay in club house without meals.
Its a nice place. It has gym, 1 badminton court ,2 squash court,1 tt table,1 pool table amd a swimming pool. It also has party area.and for monthly membership you need to pay 660.
It is not having anything as a club but it is a biggest cheat by the promoter M/s Silver Infra Pvt Ltd. Not worth to join or visit. It is a simple road side restaurant with limited choices and options.
Nicely built apartment with good facility of indoor and outdoor sports facilities along with swimming pool. It is located very close to nature especially Phase2.
Good Amenities. Badminton, gym, squash and swimming pool available.
Public utility encroached by builder and running commercial business even in the residential area. Sleeping administration is even more dangerous than enemy at border. SHAME
Mostly the swimming pool is dirty or closed! Snooker table cue stick is in poor condition. And steam sona bath facility is mostly out of service.
