Very unhygienic location. A very near by drainage smell makes the air polluted. In rainy season, I don't know, how people get in and out of their homes. So much of drainage water spreads all over the area of appartments.

This community has 640 apartments with children's park, private parking, gym, basketball court, swimming pool, 24 hrs security with an amazing atmosphere. A place which is quite calm and peaceful away from the noise and pollution of the town. All festivals are celebrated with great pomp and show.

Excellent society where all festivals are celebrated with great zeal and fun. Water comes daily for 2.5 hrs and 24 hrs water in bathrooms. Love the place.

It's called as modi's apartments. It's located in. Suchitra. Double bed rooms are available here with 12000 rupees rent and maintenance charges one thousand rupees. Security services are there for each apartment. Kirana shops and mens saloon are there in the center point.

Silver Springs Apartments by Modi Builders has more than 600 flats with all decent amenities like children's park, covered parking, gym, basketball court, swimming pool, 24 hrs security with an amazing atmosphere. I had my first house in this apartment and found this community to be best!
