Rooms are big but Washrooms are not at all clean. No services. U need to arrange by ur own for toiletry items. It's kitchen, dining is outside in other property. Swimming pool was under maintenance.
Worst hotel. Worst service. Ruined our vacation.
1. The moment we entered they said lifts aren't working so we could not get the room our choise as it was on 2nd floor and i had surgery so could not climb stairs.
2. They have no room service. When we enquired how can we order food from room, they said call the hotel in front of them. We tried calling the other hotel multiple times, but no one picked the call. You can't even order some tea from your room if you are feeling tired and don't want to step out.
3. AC broke down in the evening. They came and said it has to be repaired by mechanic who will come next day. As we were checking out next day, no one bothered to come and check the AC again.
4. TV also wasn't working.
Avoid this hotel at all costs.
We had a great stay. It was a good service. Breakfast items are less but what they have is cooked really well and tastes great.
We were served chicken sausages on Sunday breakfast which were nice.
They helped us with arranging the car for our travel.
Rooms are good and spacious. Amjad who is the general manager of the hotel was very helpful,cordial and nice.
It's walkable (10min) distance from candolim beach, rooms are big, staff is nice and polite.
The overall service was average.... However the manager was very polite and ready to help the guests. The service and approach was very welcoming of the manager. The hotel needs some kids playing area, other games . Overall a small hotel with limited rooms...the breakfast has only 2 options for veg.
Amazing property with 3 star near candolim beach (800 MTR).... peaceful location and we'll maintained property... however we do not get the room on time when we checked in but the Supervisor Angela made sure that we get it upgraded to the nicer one than which we booked. They have nice rooms with all the needful things incorporated inside the room...a nice swimming pool...rooms are so spacious that you will have feel of 5 star hotel and absolutely worth of Money... definately recommended for families and group if you are well mannered
A perfect place for family for vacation or get together or ever for buisness trip as well. Supervisor Angela is at your service to help you out in your needs and she makes sure that it is provided well in time.... though we haven't tried the food here but stay is is nice certainly.
Service was good. Swimming pool depth was from 4.5 feet to 5.9 feet. Rooms were large but could be better. Fan and ac was old. Bath tub was old and had stain on it. Overall good resort.
The stay was descent.
Pro's: Great location. Some staff are supportive. Easy to access. Rooms are spacious. Cheese omlette is nice to ask for with coffee.
Con's: Some staff are careless on their work. Electricity keeps fluctuating now & then. Breakfast room AC was not working throughout our stay. Not they fixed it. Providing drinking water has strict rules. Breakfast is not that great.

It was a really good and comfortable stay. The shower fittings were easily operable by senior citizens. The pool location had a great view ensconced with greenery all around. Our balcony was overlooking a quaint little cottage with a well.
