Los quality service (, except the security guard) Must read!!!!! Miss leading information is mentioned on fraud websites and apps. On well known apps like Make my trip and etc. -This actual hotel demands huge sums of money for low quality material. -Quality of rooms and place is not good. -Parking is not allowed inside the hotel. -Guests are treated like so so, - A doubt still lurks in my mind that this hotel is involved in this fraud. (Pics of same hotel are attached to this site with this same location) - it is not even a 1 star hotel, it may be in the past but now not. I recommend you, even if you confirm that the hotel has online presence and good reviews, Not pay online but offline.

I will give this hotel 0 ratings, I was booking a room for two days stay and I have transfer money in their account but they are claiming they havent recieved the amount through Paytm and both Paytm and Bank is telling amount has been credited in thier account.. and when i called them to check about it. It was very rude behaviour from them and asked them not to call them again and they doesnt want to check thier account sheet as well. I have already filed a complain against them for duping the money. Whoever planning to do advance booking please take care guys

Don't even serve water in room, overcharge for mineral water bottles. No parking available, no room service, rude representatives! Even after these issues, they take a security deposit for every room booked before check-in! Wish I could rate this hotel in negative!

They 3rd class hotel...I seen 1st hotel in my life where they take money of parking of vehicle also....Staff is very rude and they don't have any manners to talk with the guest.....I had booked 6 rooms for 2 days with breakfast but after check-in they informed me that breakfast is not included. They are scammers who are using their and also created fake website but this hotel is doing nothing for this. Don't book this hotel and waste your money

Overall Pleasant Stay, Food was good, While booking this hotel, They mentioned that Only male guests are not allowed, but then we called the property and they said its ok. While check-in they made us to sign few papers which stated that we shall maintain the decorum of the property. At check-in, a security deposit of Rs. 2000 will be taken, Your food and drink expenses will be deducted from that amount and the remaining amount will be returned to you at the checkout. Things we didn't Like are: 1. Swimming pool water was bit sticky, pool floor was slippery, 2. At night, we weren't able to get Hot water in the taps, so we called service guy, he couldn't fix it so he went out for checking and later he didn't return, Morning again we had to call reception for hot water Fixing, and later it got fixed.

Not at all recommended for the group with kids.. they don't have restaurant so no food is available. Lesser clean rooms and extra mattress. They need to train their staff with some hospitality as well. They need to be very careful about the insects visiting their rooms and bathrooms.. And even after having spacious rooms they don't allow your teenagers to be with you... very unhappy.

Guests are not allowed to park inside, Only the owner's car is allowed to park inside and even guests cannot bring their car inside to pick up or drop their guests. This is a pure example of discrimination. I advise guests to avoid using this hotel as the management of this hotel does not lean towards the guest, there is a dictatorship and the owner has strict rules on not allowing any guest cars to be in premises for pick and drop of guests. Consider this hotel only if you have guests who are willing to walk the premises irrespective of the room booked or request to get the car inside for pick up of your guest or drop. Such behaviour depicts that guests ( customers) are least important and they only want to execute administration for the revenue purpose. Think wisely choose well

Very bad experience with the hotel mgmt. The Manager named Juri Prasad, is very arrogant n rude in customer handling. Even though we didn't meet her personally but talked over a phone when we reached at the hotel. We booked 2 rooms for 1 night recently, we reached there at around 4pm and ask for check-in, they asked us for a hefty Rs. 4000 (refundable) deposit which was nowhere mentioned during the booking or at the hotel premises also there wasn't any display of such a rule/policy. When we asked them abt it they just tried showcasing us the leaflets of hotel policies and get into an unnecessary argument with us. After all, we r the customers n we do have a right to enquire abt such rules of which were totally blind of. We were with our family (2 couples with kids aged 2.5yrs and 8yrs) , we politely requested them about the deposit rule and ask them for minimizing it or waive off now as they r asking in for cash only which we were running short of in this digital Era. However, they simply denied after talking with the mngr. Juri Prasad n she also denied us the rooms though we already prepaid it for the booking. We had no option left but to bow down to their arrogant rules, we were ready to provide the despoti amt. Over n above the prepaid booking done, but these guys were now adamant n the mngr. Asked us to give in a writing that we'll not provide any negative feedback for the property, which is totally illegal on their part to ask to the customers. We didn't agree on this and ask for a refund which they denied obviously bcoz it was not refundable. But, it was them who r not providing us the rooms Even after we agreed to their conditions of deposits. So, ideally we r not canceling the booking - they r doing it and we r handcuffed bcoz we have prepaid the booking. So, finally we need to call the police to intervene as they have already spoiled our precious 2hrs time and kids were too small to be taken care of with all this nuisance due to the attitude and behavior problem of the mngr. Finally, the police intervened and told us to look after the family n get it sorted while asking them that no written statement is needed abt the feedback, but that we'll pay the deposit as per the rules. We didn't like this behavior at all and we were with the family n small kids , they didn't show any courtesy towards it on humanitarian grounds too. We didn't use any facility of theirs except the rooms for a night stay , didn't use their sw.pool too though the kids wanted to use it,and also checked out on-time from their hotel as it was like a mood-off experience to us. Talking abt the property rooms - very basic rooms , too small ,only one charging point , not hygienic n clean, mosquitoes were there. Very bad experience for our family...
