Pros: 1. Very close and and visible from Highway. 2. Safe and Secured. 3. Clean and well maintained. 4. We can buy fresh vegetables and carry home. 5. Parking space available. 6. Trees provide natural freshness. Cons: 1. We have to carry food from home as they do not provide catering facility. 2. Nothing except a few swings for children. 3. Bit crowded.
Nice place for picnic with your food. Toilets are pathetic. Garden not prepared properly. A lot of trees make it a nice place to spend time. Space for children to play.. Different size spaces available for daily rental

I was running this resort on lease..and i did it for 3-4 years successfully. But now i'm not owning this property.
Last year picnic was a great success due to such a nice location in and around. In addition to lovely picnic spot, the place have its own vegetable farming inside. Nice place to enjoy.
Ideal place for picnic with friends and family. Protected area. You can purchase green fresh vegetable from farm. Ladies and Gents toilet are also there.
