Such a lovely stay! I was a bit nervous initially but went for it. I would recommend this place any day! The staff members are very courteous, the owner was very helpful and kind. Having a pet, it was lovely to have the entire villa with a private pool. The food is amazing and cooked so well. The housekeeping staff, ensure that they clean the rooms/pools and make the bed, restock your toiletries. It is a big villa of 3bedrooms, well air-conditioned and has enough space to accommodate a family of 4. Each room has its own balcony, attached toilet, and in built cupboards. It is well lit, if you are a lover of nature/cross ventilation and love to have well lit rooms- this is the place! The place is super clean and they have good car parking facility. It is 5kms from Baga and has stores near by so you can always purchase things from around or order them online. The place is quite and gives you enough privacy to spend some quality time. Overall a very pleasant stay. I don't think I will ever get over the hospitality and the villa we stayed in. I look forward to staying there again in future.

I had a stay near baga. The service was excellent with clean and tidy room, pool and also the food was great. A proper vacation therapy. Avinash hosted an amazing stay and service. I stayed for 4 days and it was absolutely worth. The staff are trustworthy, I forgot my phone and wallet at villa. The cleaning staff handed it back when I returned. 100% recommend for your goa trip!

Actually no star. While booking they showed 4 bedroom villa and since we booked for one day and mostly they got a better booking, they intimated one day before that there is some issue with 4 bedroom villa and they offered 3 bedroom villa for the same amount. when refused, they asked us to look for something else and they will cancel the booking. last moment we couldn't find as all were full and we had to take this 3 bedroom villa for the same amount. Totally not good. on top of that, when we asked for one room to get freshen up at 11 AM (check out time) they asked us to wait for one hour and gave one bedroom. Dont go for this. they cheat at the last moment.

We had a lovely stay for 5 days in their Baga 2 bhk villa. The location was ideal and the property itself is quaint. Avinash was super helpful to arrange everything for us. We'll definitely be coming back!

The property is well maintained and comes at a reasonable price, though a bit on the higher end. Vijay is a godsend, he helped us just like family right up to the end. He is sweet, caring, extremely disciplined and I can send anyone from my family and be assured that his hospitality will take care of everything. I wish you the best in life Vinay bhai, you are one of the best random people I have come across.
