Such a great shop with such a vast array of items!!! And If you can't find what you like they can make custom orders! We had hammered thali sets made and they turned out really well, for any problems that came along the way it was resolved quickly! Ordered a sterling silver cuban chain. Entire transaction was online. The chain looked a lot smaller in pictures but turned out to be much larger. Pricing is at par or cheaper than what i was getting in bangalore. Pleasant purchase experience overall

We have ordered one product and paid 60% as advance. At the delivery date despite knowing the product was not arrived they tried to give us wrong product. After we enquired they gaves is a product that was available and not the one we wanted. Recommended not to place any custom orders for sure you will not get what you ordered
I am totally unsatisfied with my recent purchase at silver palace. I have ordered a customized silver diya set 20 days earlier. They committed the date of delivery to be 20th October. While receiving the product it was totally a different product and they tried to manipulate to buy the product which is highly unacceptable as a consumer. When we identified and questioned them, they don't have a proper answer for it. Whilst we placed the order and a casual discussion was happening, owner was stating an example of tender hook theory which is a customer would buy a product at any cost at the last minute of their personal commitments and finally we were caught as victims to this theory with a high level of manipulation. I strongly unrecommend silver palace for any of your future purchases.
