Silver Oak Tropical Resort - Resort hotel in Navi Mumbai - Raigad, India

Spent a week here. Food variety and taste was good. Rooms were okay; however they couldn't provide basic amenities on time. Hospitality by the management of the resort needs to be improved by a lot. Their policies need to be customer friendly rather than only looking out to squeeze maximum from them. Recommend only if you won't find any other gud resort and that too for a day or two.

Note: NOT RECOMMENDED - FOR THE PRICE THEY CHARGE YOU GET BETTER RESORTS. 1. The rooms are really small and dirty do not go with the photos they do not look that big. The floor in the room was really sticky and room was pathetic. Had ordered for towels and tissue roll the day I reached. I received it the next day, only after reminding them. 2. The swimming pool was very dirty and the floor was slippery with soo much was green algae. They do not maintain the swimming pool well. 3. The staffs are really helpful and sweet. 4. They do not have a bar and have to buy it from outside. 5. The food is really marvellous

The resort is well maintained and the staff is helpful. The rooms are clean and the food is decent. The view, the pool and the whole ambiance has a great vibe to it. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The property is not secluded. It's surrounded by residential properties. There are less amenities in the room. There was no mini refrigerator, no dustbin, no hairdryer and no cloth hanger. We asked to fix our TV twice as it was not attended and we also let it go. Rooms are not sound proof. There was heavy noise coming from the other room at midnight and we had to call up reception to get the noises reduced and they got it fixed in no time. Overall a decent stay with no major complaints.

It was my second stay at this property with Family..no words required to mention that its a sure must visit the resort.. Warm hospitality and service offered by staff ( Satya, Amar, Samiksha, Saurabh at the restaurant Krabi) Padma from front office has always been helpful... As usual the buffet spread was very good...still missed fans being installed in the Deluxe rooms ...which is soon getting installed...but AC remains ON throughout... The GM of property Prathamesh too shared his culinary expertise and honoured us with Surmai dry fish...which was relished by my husband.... Being repetitive guest we were offered 15% discount on the food bill..also their Bar facility is now in place...which wasn't started in our 1st visit.. Gala new year is planned. For those planning to visit do book your stay....it's worth visiting . Rooms and bathrooms are well and neatly maintained..cleanliness across the resort ... Rooms are very cozy and welcoming..Pool was also clean.. We experienced shower of rain during our stay..cool n pleasant weather added to the beauty of resort making it memorable

Overall good experience, 1.rooms were luxury but small in size 2. post sunset lots of mosquitos. 3. Indoor and outdoor games were limited 4. Food was tasty upto the mark 5. Staff was cooperative. 6. Banquet hall was huge but without Mike and projector hotel charging extra. That should be inclusive in the Banquet cost.

The stay is awesome.. service is very nice. Staff is very polite and decent.. The only problem is the reservation desk.. shows some other pics and gives some different room.

Rooms are very small, staff not sufficient to handle guests, no room cleaning. The restaurant space is especially very small with only 8 tables. The food is awesome and tasty. Do not go on web advertisements, fish eaters. Fish is not a part of the buffet. Ala-carte food tea water bottle is very expensive. The swimming pool is also very small, no kids play area no kids swimming pool. Parents you have to take responsibility in the pool. No hard drink service in the restaurant. You have to take your own drinks.

Restaurant is too costly and no drinks available. Even if you carry your own they fist didn't allow but later on request they said would charge 300 per beer. Anyways didn't had anything over there seeing the rates for food.
