Third class service they are not polite with customers and very rude behaviour there staff are very rude plzz not go in this hotel it you had choice to stay at railway dormitory plzz choose that bcz that is more sufficient from that service

This hotel is vry good for stay..the room was very clean and washroom was very heigen...the bed was very big and comfortable...as a security there was cctv camera on hotel...but there is no place to park your vehicle..u can only park the vehicle on road side...in the morning time the hot water was coming from the tap..overall this is best hotel at the price of 700 to 800..

Where is the flush in the toilet? This is the first time in my life I have seen a living space being conceptualized without the most essential element of a bathroom toilet: a flush. Please refer uploaded images for better understanding of what I am describing here. The management running this place expect all their guests to go back to the absolute basics, by flushing the toilet with a bucket of water, after using it. the bedsheet had holes in it and the bathroom ceiling was dampening due to seepage. The ceiling lights had bulbs/CFL lights missing..
Rooms at same rates differ in order of size facilities so check it out first. Food quality is not good even at high rates. Near to railway station. No bargaining as you can do in other hotels in ratlam. Thanks
