Hotel is a good location and easy to reach. Pros:- Excellent service. Food is good not the best. Comfortable sitting and average ambiance. Cons:- Very expensive food not worth the price. Waiters are in hurry to get the bills even if no waiting. The goan curry is not at par, prawns were not cooked. Note:- can visit once.

We went there after 25 years! The preparation and taste of the food is excellent. We tried, Prawns butter garlic, Chicken Lollipop (starters), Chicken Gassi and Neer dosa (main course). Given to understand the chef is also there since 25 years. Authentic Mangalorean spices, flavours and taste of Chicken Gassi made us to order one more (along with Chicken Kundalpur) for take away! With quiet surroundings, they have happy hours and candle light dinner as well. Staff (some old and new) are on their feet and give good suggestions to try. All is good. We are glad to have got another opportunity to visit Silver Coin. Wishing them all success.

Visited Silver Coin after a long time (more than a year or so perhaps). This time with my family circle of around 15 people including our kid gang. The atmosphere was good enough for all of us to enjoy our chit chat and kids' masti. The staff was supportive and accomadative although we were a bit noisey group. Thanks to the restaurant staff for that. The food is quite alright. Some dishes were great, others could improve a bit more. But nothing was too bad to be mentioned here. Will surely visit the place again.

Silver coin Location: I.C Colony, Borivali West. All safety precaution very taken. I ordered: Drums of heaven The Drums of Heaven's Chicken was really Juicy and tasty while the coating had a nice Crisp on the outside. Loved it and makes sense why they are called Drums of Heaven . Chicken Pahadi Kebab Highly recommended. Cosmopolitan A cosmopolitan is an Cocktail which made with vodka, triple sec, cranberry juice and lime juice. Presentation was amazing. Had a great experience.

Silver coin cafe is just amazing when it comes to service and taste. The quantity is really good. Since I am vegetarian I tried a lot of vegetarian items from the starters main course and dessert. I definitely recommend that you try the Paneer hiltari tikka which was so good. Another one that I recommend you try is the Tandoori mushroom. Soft silky and such an earthy flavour and so well balanced. In main course I hadthe Triple schezwan fried rice which was amazing in quantity. You can also try the delicious Flat Malaysian noodles. We enjoyed all this food with drinks like the strawberry delight and the green apple cooler. Desert was amazing as well. I recommend that you try caramel custard I recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a good time with good food and good service.

Typical family restaurant where you can also drink. Ambience type gave me a nostalgic feeling because during childhood we used to go this type of premium restaurant. Nowadays the ambience is pretty modern but this place has that 90's premium vibe. I love how cute the bar is. Mostly all types of food items are served here. In food they are quite modern. Service was also excellent, food quality was also good certainly everything was value for money. I usually don't eat lamb but my friend have suggested me to eat here so i ordered lamb chilly which was tasty. Paneer pasanda was good but it was too sweet, biryani was average as i had some high expectations for it. Overall it's a perfect place for family get together something which your dad will definitely love it. Staff is professional also the food has the best quality.

Silver coin is one of the oldest and iconic places in ic colony borivali from more than 2 decades. After its complete new look thought of visiting this place. The refresher: Justifies its name. Long glass with a refreshing mocktail. Banana coffee breathe: Recomended for those who love coffee. A great mocktail presented well with a banana cut in a bird shape and presented. Banjara kebab: This was suggested by the staff and indeed a dish worth recommending. The boneless pieces nicely marinated n cooked. Chicken red chilly dry: After having one indian dish opted for a oriental dish. Good preparation and quantity. Chicken Afghani: All three appetizer I ordered were outstanding with different methods of preparation. This one in cashew sauce was different. Triple Schezwan fried rice: This could be better. Great quantity though. Caramel custard: The wobbly caramel custard got gobbled down in record time of 30 secs. It was so good Overall a decent dining place with great food in quantity and quality

For the starters we had VEG WONTON FRIED and PANNER HALTARI TIKKA ( recommend).. the wonton was stuffed with veggies and was crispy.. taste was amazing and was served with sauce.. panner HALTARI TIKKA was amazing.. cubes of panner were stuffed with veggies and had flavor of tandoor.. along with starters we decided to have mocktails.. we had SUNRISE and GREEN COOLER .. both were refreshing and went well with the food.. For the maincourse we had VEG BIRYANI served with raita.. it was full of flavors.. perfect mix of alm the spices and veggies.. And ended our meal with some chilled lichi ice cream
