Please don't book this hotel. You will get better deals with better location. The hotel is very far and inside the jungle area with no commute facilities. The hotel is also not well maintained as per their room tariffs which are high. They are so so so slow in their service. You literally have to remind the staff 3-4 times if you made any request. They don't clean the room properly. The food is below average. And never ever order onion pakoda there. It's worst. We stayed for 2 days and it was not worth. The restaurant is giving us cold vibes. Even for 20 rupee bottle they charge you 45 RS that too for local brand water bottle.

My experience was less than satisfactory. The hotel management displayed poor service, especially during the check-in process. The staff at the reception lacked both knowledge and proper manners. Additionally, the requirement to pay the entire amount during check-in was inconvenient. The room cleanliness was questionable upon check-in, and there was a lack of parking space and play areas. The restaurant also fell short in terms of food quality, using dirty trays and offering a limited and low-quality breakfast. Overall, it turned out to be a disappointing expenditure, and I would not recommend it.

Resort is good. I had booked a room with private pool and it was okay and service is little slow, but what made my experience worthwhile is the spa. Smitha is amazing at spa therapy and I couldn't have felt more relaxed. If you visit this resort do book an appointment for spa.

Perfect family getaway! We had a wonderful experience at this lovely place. The food exceeded my expectations with its top-notch quality and portion. The staff's courtesy and friendliness made the dining experience truly exceptional. Plus, the location couldn't have been better. I can't wait to return for another delightful visit!

Starting with the food. The quality was good enough but it was way too costly for the taste we were getting. The service was somehow the worst, in their restaurant as well as room service. The food we would order would at least take an hour to arrive at the table. We ordered for two extra towels and they said they were out of towels? We ordered for 3 bottles of water, and we called thrice but they were never delivered to our room. The check in time was 2pm and we arrived at around 3:30pm, and we still had to wait another hour to get our rooms. The swimming pool was not clean, the floor and the steps in the pool were slippery because of algae. Some people brought their own alcohol in the swimming pool, which made us severly uncomfortable. The property was beautiful, but it wasn't well maintained. And there was not a lot that we could do inside the property. The roads were slippery. We had trouble parking as well, since the roads inside the property were too narrow. And the parking was very far from the reception. For the price we had to pay, we were expecting a lot more than what we got.

Very Average Propery, Nothing fancy as per the price you pay hence totally not a value for money. We booked forest suite with private pool and Room we got didn't had any feeling of forest as a saw in pics before booking. You can't even open room curtains because of very less gap between two cottag.Service is slow.No privacy as such for private pool it is nearly in an open ground and accessible to all. Got no TV working, no shower working and water issue even after paying so much amount is just a terrible feeling. So please consider all these points before bookin.

We had booked the private pool suite for one night, but there was no privacy around the pool area, no fences around, other guests were peeping and even the locals walking on the road outside the resort could peek inside through the sheer net and bushes. Service was fine but the food was expensive as per the standards of the resort. Definitely won't call it a luxury stay, the room was standard, the towels were not very clean, the TV channels were not working. Good points: Geyser was working properly, so we had running hot water when needed. Service was fast, they cleaned the pool as soon as we asked them to and also cleaned the filter etc. Room was spacious and had two bathrooms. The resort has a very nice vibe to it but it needs a lot of maintenance. There is a lot of scope if they provide good service as they are asking for a good amount of money. Fence or a wall needed at the private pool suite area. Minibar is a must at a premium room. Food was ok ok, breakfast was as good though, there were a lot of choices and everything was clean and fresh. We took a few rounds of the resort just to check out the place and the swimming pool area needs a lot of cleaning and maintenance, even the bar area and other in door games area needs some changes and improvements. In some areas specially near the premium suits, more lighting should be installed, it's quite dark in the night and a little more light will do good. Pool area at the private suite should have fresh towels , but there weren't any. Overall our staycation was good . The staff was polite and helpful. The resort needs a little maintenance and the things I mentioned above because this resort has a lot of scope if they do some improvements. Thanks
