Pathetic service, staff is not friendly, Manager is unprofessional. if you book a party hall be careful, once u book the party hall if something is not working like gas stove, electrical , items are missing in the list they provide then u need to face the consequences they will not help on time nor they will respond to u so be careful. If possible avoid the party hall

The manager was extremely rude,the toilet smelled like dog odur,very bad response from the reception side.better to stay at railway station rather than to stay at hotel.

Silvan Villa: Heaven Heralded When u can chill at a place which is stone's throw from Bangalore, why drive.....miles to distant places...... Burn up fuel, get tired driving or taking a bus on ur vacay. An place that wl transport u, to a different kind of vacation here at KGF, this resort is been around for a long time and if u want to jus chill, eat some food like home made, swim, spend time around greenery.......and just laze . You will have a gala time, u can come with friends and family, you are assured that this vacay wl give u major boost once u r back in the city..... What are u waiting for jus book and head here...........

The Swimming pool was maintained well and the rooms are also neat but the water does not frequently come..please check with the water problem..Otherwise it was a good stay

Worst service, manager not available. Workers not at all care about customers.

Good place to stay with family. Very good environment to relax yourself.. Both Veg and Non-Veg food served here. Hospitality is considerably good. But price is little more.

Hote staff are good, food is tasty.
