Just be more cautious if you are planning to buy land lord share plots. Especially the ones belong to Mr Narayana reddy. Better approach silpa ppl.. never trust any brokers in this venture. A broker named Paramesh tried to cheat me, and I got Narayana reddy number from silpa and when I called him to enquire about the sale if it's real or fake, he spoken very arrogantly. Got to know there are some disputes among their family only for their plots sale. But thanks to silpa ppl for sharing the contact.. else I would have lost money by getting cheated by broker. just be careful if you are purchasing a plot here. Don't spoil your hard earned money..

Area is very peace, calm n quite. Apart from road this area is very good place to stay with family. As there is less movement of vehicle pollution is also very less here. It is a pollution free and peaceful area. Good for childrens to play and cycling in outside as roads are empty. This area is also very good for morning walk and evening walk. One Hanuman temple is there and one church is also there. Lot of appartment and houses construction work is going on here. In night there is adequate lights in road. A lots of tress are here. In this place you will feal the nature. This area is not very crowded. Road improvment is required here. Especially in rainy season people were facing a lot of problem for road. After one permanent bitumin road this area will be more preferable by people for staying. Though every year temporary road repair works are going on here after rainy season but it is not the solution But we are habituated with this place and we love this place.

Developing area with very limited infrastructure... roads in rains are just like through hell... a lot of undeveloped area nearby.... for mosquitos to breed... and construction around leads to dust and noise...

This layout is developed by Silpa Infratech Ltd led by Sree Silpa Mohan Reddy Ex minister of Housing Andra pradesh. Phase1 situated just 500mtr from NH65 near by Sangareddy x road. This is one of the HMDA approved layout in Sangareddy. Many plots are already sold and houses constructed including some apartments. Recently started phase2 adjacent to phase1 with HMDA approved layout

Roads condition is very bad and at least temporary BT roads need to be laid until works in the property complete, otherwise good property.

BT roads not available. Roads are not accessable in rainy season.

I rated one star because the road was so much damaged it is very difficult to travel on that road to go home
