We had to leave the hotel without refund, the hotel is so bad. The first issue is hotel is located in a loud very traffic heavy place where we wasted 2 hours in traffic. Second is the pictures are misleading. The corridors are dark and dimly lit. The rooms have horrible tube lights which lower middle class folk find acceptable. Third the fan had no knob to set speed. It was running so fast it seemed like it would fall out l. it took 2 hours for electrician to come and then came and said everything is fine. Regulators don't exist in his world. And the bathrooms..hahaha the tap came off in our hands. There was no hot water. Family refused to stay but hotel manager, a senior guy, looks sophisticated, but as soon he opened his mouth, his incompetence started pouring out. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL. It looks fancy but it's a facade. Shame on the manager shame on the staff, shame on the owner.
The helping staff is not at all concerned about the problems faced by people who book the rooms. As we faced a problem of leakage of excess water from AC in which they started giving the excuses for the same but no solution. People are not working on their toes wherein ordinary people face problems. Yes of course let's come to the positive part that is breakfast it was tasty and the serving style was welcoming.
Most pathetic hotel in the history of any town.... Seriously they are more than pathetic...Worst experience here..no class of services, no rooms quality, no food taste, even No time to serve Tea (reception person told me that we don't serve Tea in Evening, we don't serve Tea in night... Hahahaha) I have wasted my money on this very cheap quality hotel, but you guys please don't come here for wastage...It's better you go to Sun Park near to this Hotel...But please don't stay at Silky Resorts..It's a very thord class Hotel...Trust Me..

WORST HOTEL.
First of all, this is not a 3 Star hotel and not a resort for sure.
1. As per the booking details, welcome drink to be served to the gues which was not done at all.
2.I requested to provide a towel and they took 45 min to provide the towel.
3. Milk powder sachets were expired.
4. No toiletries in the room.
5. Mattress is WORST. Its an age old mattress which make too much of noise and its flat as well.
6. Reception was too useless.
7. Better book online for availing offers n discounts.
What a service and food.... Best one.. Enjouluef a lot and many more to do with photography... Go with it

Don't get fooled by the ratings on Google, loom for ratings on make my trip / Agoda / ibibo.
- Poor amenities & service : No bathroom kit, you have to ask for them. TV doesn't work, phone doesn't work.
- Not the best location.
- Smaller rooms
- Lightings in the rooms is a bit off. During night either you'll have to turn it off completely dark or it is very bright, can't sleep
- ACs are very old & can't cool larger rooms.
All in all, a very poor experience. Select a better hotel.
