Rooms were good, but there is no ventilation at all. If electricity is off, then you can see hell in the room. Parking is available but not accurate.

Very bad experience, rooms are not good , very bad service, charging more, made me change rooms 3 times for a single day, and charged me for 2 days for a single day stay, better choose others in the same locality.

Not good.. Staff is not care about anything. We had a room that there is no key to lock from outside and no hot water.. forget about hot water atleast cold water also not there. There is a bulb that u cant turn off u need to remove the bulb to turn off. That's what we did. It's far from bustand. We asked to givr another room but he is telling that no problem we have CC cameras so no worried about our laguage.. Such a careless reply.

We had taken 3 rooms for 9 people. though only 7 people stayed during night, he charged extra just because we had some visitors. Reason gave was we used lift extensively etc.. and there was no hot water for shower.

Not a good lodge. Located in very deep and narrow streets. No helping staff. Staff asks for tip again and again even at the time of check-in. No food served. Location is not good. You can't even get a tea nearby.

Hotel is very good, maintenance could be better. Staff were supportive. They don't allow liquor inside the hotel

Very bad place and no Hot water.. No proper response from from the reception (MUTHALYAPPA.) WORST FELLOW WORKING IN THE LODGE. Request you to no to BOARD IN THE LODGE.. worst Behavior from the management.
