Good place to visit for 1 day family picnic. Only issue is entry price for the palace is Rs 100per person, which is totally unnecessary because 1. The palace is not that big. 2. Palace is neither well maintained nor beautiful. The palace is situated at beautiful place, at the side of lake between mountains, which gives pleasure of good sunset view.

Siliser lake is one of the famous tourist places in Alwar, Rajasthan. People of all ages can enjoy the beauty of lake and Aravali mountain ranges here. There are lots of restaurants here. This place is 17 kms from Alwar city.

Alwar located 150 km south of Delhi and 150 km north of Jaipur, is a city in India's National Capital Region and the administrative headquarters of Alwar District in the state of Rajasthan. Nice place for outing.. 1-2 Hours is more than enough to spent at this place...

In best 10 nature place in alwar, you can enjoy the boat ride on lake. Best time to visit july to march.

Very beautiful place close to Alwar City. Good for one day picnic with family or friends. In the park, there is no entry ticket. It is attached to the siliserh lake. Though palace entry has a ticket. The park is very beautiful and maintained. There are tea stalls outside. On the way, there are various shops where one can sit and eat pakoras, chips, chai, colddrinks and other snacks. Take care of the following: 1. Beware of monkeys and dogs. 2. Be careful with your toddlers because the railings have big gap at the bottom. 3. Beware of the creative beggars. 4. Visit in good weather. Or rather mild winter monsoon. If you are in Alwar, must visit. It's a beautiful place!!

cool peacefull natural lake... boating 600 for hand padeled and 800 for 15 min motor boat....100 per adult entry ticket which includes a welcome drink..a small pepsi/ aquafina mineral water bottle or Amul lassi per person. other food utems available at the terracecrestauraunt on paid basis

Nice Place for 1 day picnic spot. I am giving 4 stars because of the timings of lake. Timings are from 10:00AM to 06:00PM. But early morning view must be very good from that spot. Also Charges for boating is bit Higher side which is Rs800/- per boat which is good if you are group of 8-10 people.
