Overall experience was good. Few things required to be focused 1.Reception 2.Waiting lounge system need some changes Check up is fine. Nurses are helpful.

The behaviour of stuffs are really good. Every patient was treated very kindly. But I thik they should improve their call support. Today morning I was calling the counselor for asking some doubts but they dis not answered the call.

Siliguri greater eye hospital is north bengal best eye hospital for categories of treatment. It's very budget friendly and staff are very politely cooperative this is all time best eye hospital I feel personally. Just everyone to visit once.
It was really wonderful experience coming here,at this hospital for my father's Cataract Surgery.Their services were really good.Everything was systematic, from tests done by the Optometrist,doctor's visit in the O.P.D to today's pre operative, operative & post operative procedures & services were really commendable.This hospital provides with quality eye care facilities in whole North Bengal region,at a very cheap, affordable price as compared to any other eye hospital in this region.
