It is a good thing that consultation only takes 2 rupees. Many poor people can have medical checkup. But the current super is such a rude person. He denied to sign the medical fitness certificate for my job and yelled at the security guard and threatened to fire him for letting non-hospital staff into his chamber. So he wanted to say that common people who come to the hospital cannot go to him if they face any problems.
Patients come with good treatment expectations but everything seems opposite... Nurses without prime knowledge of English/hindi/Bengali are kept as patients appointer.. Doctors are Available in the hospital but not to the patient when they need! . Sincere work must be assigned to the respective department and authority.!
A general hospital in Siliguri under the State Government. Huge medical complex to treat patients in every medical discipline. The patient's experience may vary. Overall quite efficient and affordable. Among the available facilities a fair price medical store and waiting room for patient's relatives may be mentioned.
This is one and only one Govt Hospital in Siliguri Sub Division. This Hospital provides almost free check up and treatment. Only two rupees is required for doctor consultation. Most of the medicines are given free to all. This is the Life line for all the poor people. The government has done this and manages well. It is also neat and clean. All the doctors are well educated and well trained.

First of all....the place is unhygienic and unclean in nature....some of the staffs are very rude to common people while some are good..the beds are not categorized !!!! Even patients here sometimes sleeps in the ground......what a shame to the hospital community....is this how a hospital should treat it's patient ?????the relatives and closed neighbor's of the patient are here on by their own....if they are a traveller they better be stay near the hospital....and if it's not possible then no such shelter is provided to them from the hospital community .....the people usually sleeps on the outside bench...I have seen with my eyes..!!!!!!!...so I would like to rate 1 star....even this is too much to rate....

Though crowdy and a very long queue for everything...from entry to doctor visit.. and for the medicines too.needs a lot of improvement in sanitation and hygiene.very dirty and the patients are treated very badly. Patients are not respected at all... Needs a lot lot lot and lot of improvement.
Most of the people they don't know how to talk to patients or the visitors they hould change their behaviour however doctors always have good behaviour with the patients and visitors too. Thanks that the doctors are good.
