Good place to live with Family... near to many medical institutions and near to Main road highway junction. Most people who live are family. add on recent up gradation of security measures including multiple CCTV. secure and beautifully maintained. lot of open space for kids to play.

No maintenance done. Elevators does not work most of the time. Very Rude security guards and blames all problems on students who live here. Better to consider other apartments, Lots of other options available in this area now days. I have posted a photo which is just one of many issues.

Worst apartment i have ever come across.Irresponsible management rude and unfriendly behaviour of the manager is the main problem everyone phase here. I wouldn't recommend here

Irresponsible management will make you go nuts. Completely rude and unfriendly nature. Not able to find a rating thats lesser than 1. This is completely for the association and the management. That will make you wanna vacate the nicer apartments. Would recommend this place for only saints who have absolute patience.

Been living here since 2014. Higher floors on B block have decent river and sea views. Rent seems to average 15k for a 3bed and 11-12k for a 2 bed. Building association is conservative, parking rules are enforced. A decent option for students and postgrads at yenapoya/Kshma/ab shetty. There's piped gas and maintenance on call. Grocery store in complex is a boon. Underground parking available for residents and visitor parking available for well visitors. There's a gym and a TT/carrom room on site but closed due to covid.

Decent apartment. Have supermarket, indoor games like carrom,table tennis etc and gym inside apartments. Big Parking area is available and one separate place will be given to you to park. Electricity and hot water is assured 24*7 facility(for that they're charging 2000/month). Security will be there 24*7 monitoring people so new people won't come easily inside. When you lost your keys ideally they should be helping us to open with their spare but they'll not do this way and they run through balcony and charge whooping 300 for that. Even, they have tie up with cable and internet connection.That is what I need to say. Everything they'll give but for more amount. Would say Ideal for families. Bachelor need to adjust somehow.

Here very clean... Very good place. Nice flat. Good staffs and management. Good and friendly security guard. Lots of parking place. Visitors parking available also. All food items available near super market. Need a call we get all foods home delivery near hotels. Unintrupted power supply. Gas connection. Hot water. Lift and step available. Very silent apartment. Also available multi jim ladies timing morning 08:00 to 11:00. Evening 04:00 to 07:00... Gents timing morning 05:00 to 08:00 evening 07:00 to 10:00... Also available indoor games 10:00 am to 08:00 pm And much more
