One of the worst societies in the locality. I feel bad to have bought a flat here. I was duped by a known person into buying a property here back in 2010. And since then I have regretted it. The maintenance is poor. There was a 4 years delay in handing over the project and they still make us run for our own property. There are a lot of parking issues. Lot of flats dont receive sunlight at all. Management is poor. The resell price is the LOWEST for this property as well as the rent.
Great place for daily need items. Grocery, stationery , medicine and saloon available. eagerly waiting for some take away, fast food and bakery

A couple of Grocery Stores, A Salon, A Photocopy/printout stationary shop, Dry cleaner and a ladies tailor shop is available in the complex. Many shops are not yet occupied. Some shops like Ample Mart, JMmart and FedEx Courier have moved from here due to less footfall. There is no eatery or snack shop here so that is a con.
