One of the decent and quite and comfort stay hotel. Good for Family. Car bike Parking available. And Murali at desk was so polite and good at customers. Keep it up SIKHARA STAYS.

Worst service, not even drinking water was made available in room. Hospitality: poor, receptionist needs training is most important requirement of hotel industry(hospitality) Cleanliness: Room looks fine, but bedsheets seems not good. I recom hotel should buy new set of bedsheets. Room adequately equipped. Never used TV. AC worked fine. Bathrooms are good. Water supply not an issue.

Good hotel with nice and clean rooms and very polite staff, rooms are not spacious, 1 or 2 days for 2 people worth the money, no food facilities available inside the hotel, however you a lot of restaurants outside the property. It will be difficult to find the way to property if your travelling by car. and small parking space. can accomodate only 3 cars

Room are clean but very small. In front of hotel there are lots of drunk people drinking in board day light. Manager also behaviour rudely with us. There is always smell of Beer , wine & desi daru.

Closer to RTC Bus Stand, Tirupati is a major advantage. It's just walkable distance. However, it's situated in almost like a market area The ongoing construction of some flyover on the main road makes it even more difficult to reach this place, Having a 4-wheeler and reaching this place is a Herculean task, so please beware. However, rooms are all neat and clean, And there's parking facility too for 4-wheelers at this place But like I said, reaching this place in our own 4-wheelers is a huge challenge at the moment.

1. The rooms are decent enough for two people. 2. We opted for AC rooms and the ACs cooled the rooms instantly. 3. The location of the hotel is right next to the main bus stand and is walkable. 4. The actual location of the hotel is not very good as there are belt shops in front of the hotel and in the evenings, there are a lot of boozers sitting till late at night in front of the hotel. 4. In MMT, the hotel images are shown but outside ambience is not shown. Anyways, as pilgrims don't spend so much time in the hotel, it's fine to consider the hotel. 5. Govinda raja temple is 1.5 km away from this place. 6. The bedsheets in the rooms are white and have stains on them. Blankets are not so great for the amount charged. For almost 1200 rupees per night, no soap and paste are provided. This is a minimum that needs to be provided. Overall, it's good to consider this hotel owing to the walkable distance to bus stand to avoid unnecessary time wastage and travel.

New and compact rooms which are maintained clean with car parking. Moderate tariff and suitable for pilgrimage purpose. Need to carry towel, toiletries, etc.

Rooms and service is good but there is a wine shop just opposite to the hotel. Every time when we go out we have to cross those drunkard's. Walkable distance to Srinivasam complex ticket and accomodation reservation. we booked online while but while vacating we have to pay something Most of the time we won't be in the room even though they will ask to pay something to the attendants They say that we will buy food from outside but the quality of the food will be worst So buy the food directly by yourself which is located just outside in walkable distance.
