Signature Global The Serenas - Housing society in Gurugram - Gurugram, India

Pros: 1. Good society to live in as it has good connectivity with Sohna road. 2. Clean and safe environment. Almost no electricity issues after dedicated lines laid for Signature global. 3. Parking is little bit chaotic as four wheeler parking is allowed inside society. 4. There is walking track, play ground basketball multipurpose court. Cons: 1. Hard water (high TDS) in all taps 2. Flush water smells like its from gutter and black in colour (tower 12) 3. Slower lifts. 4. Average build quality and cheap equipments used. (Locks, stoppers toilet fittings, wall finish, colour, etc) 5. Less shops and human settlements around the society hence hard to find maid, etc.

Nice affordable housing society coming up. 10-15 meters from the main Gurugram Sohna highway. I am editing this review as completely fed up with their CRM team. It is the worst if I can tell you. I had a unit in their so called delayed (almost 4 months) draw. As I was travelling and in spite of sending initial mails, they haven't acknowledged them and later on sent interest on this delayed payment. Somehow got details of their GM CRM and now everyone is so pro active that before I send a mail I get revert However nothing seems work here in spite of approaching the GM CRM, there is no solution to waiving of this charge and and rather getting a threatening mail that it will be cancelled. I have decided to cancel it even if it cost me more money as it is against the principle and moreover they have lost the trust. I am wondering how this relationship will move in future.. I am sure plenty of us are facing this issue. All the best that's what I can say.

It has water related issues. Where no government water supply. So they provide own water which tests bad. Also, washroom flush water sometimes gives savage water for flush.

This place is quite good for middle class family, 10000+2000 maintenance charges. You can feel good view through balcony, down park, etc.

If you wants to sleep in balcony in every alternative night you can come here. Because without electricity you can't survive inside the pre heated rooms. I have never seen more worst management than here. 16-24 hrs power cut

This is the worst society in gurgaon. Please do not buy or take any flat in this society on rent. Huge issue is there related to electricity. Powercuts to 24 hours without even 1 min of power resume in between. Even inverters won't work here. Big "No" to everyone for this society. Please be careful of this society and their maintainance team and owners.

Overpriced Society with Looming Parking Issues. I have recently visited this property ,it looks good from outside but when you enter in the corridor it seems you have come to mumbai chal, 4 flat doors are very near to each other, room size is too small 10*10 . in future there will be issue of parking. owners are expecting 40 lakh for these match boxes which is worthless. do not buy its better purchase in some other society in better price
