Doctors are the Best but the reception staff are very rude to the patients. They don't know how to behave. The reputation of the clinic will go down if these staff behave like this.Very bad experience from staffs (reception ) they dont give any value for the time of patients and behaving like free service. They think that patients are beggers. The staffs are very rude and disrespectful. They don't give any value to patients time.

Earlier the review was not satisfactory, But i noticed today, the Staff behavior was very nice and systematic, the que was maintained in a proper manner.

I went to see the doctor a week back due to issues with fissure. He acts like a very benevolent approachable person but three days later when my situation deteriorated then his reception would not hand over the phone to the doctor stating that the lobby was full of patients. I advised them that i didn't need to shout out my disorder but just needed to speak to the doctor to get some advise. They were very unprofessional. Souch for all the doctor's caring attitude. I guess once he gets the initial consultation charges them we are not something he needs to bother about. So please avoid this doctor and his clinic like the plague !

Wonder how he runs the institute with such arrogant receptionists. Eventually you will lose all your patients this way. It's high time to read the reviews and take proper action. Is it difficult to recruit someone who knows to behave polite? Or is there any strings attached?. Now a days people depends on such reviews before taking a decision. I would personally recommend to go somewhere where you will be treated with hospitality than arrogance.

Would like to give zero star. but no such options are available. Initially he shows empathy, sympathy and care. Later on he shows his colour. In emergencies he won't attend you with same empathy, sympathy or his care. He forgets what he said earlier. Reception staffs are too arrogant to talk with. Nil patient care. Never properly explains the matter. Only money minded. Never recommended to any patients with liver cirrhosis. Parking is just to NIL or pay a fine with Traffic police of kollam if u park outside. Never recommended.

Realised for the first time how a doctor should not be. Such a callous man and a shame to whole doctor community. He will be so cunning to a get a case and after it is done you would see his real nature. He was unwilling to explain what the procedure he did to my mother, as a result we were unaware of removing a stent which could have been deadly. When we asked about the procedure he had done, he didn't say anything about it, on the contrary mocked us and told "my role is over". A doctor should not be like this.

Quite surprised by all the negative comments here .I really had a pleasant experience with the doctor .The front office staff needs to be professional and they not only forget to provide complete information regarding procedures but also need to be more polite with the patients.5 stars for the doctor though

Experience - Extremely rude receptionist, each of one them are totally unprofessional, you will not get any information from them on call or directly. The response is so rude that we won't be able to even ask them the current token which has been called and by when you can expect your turn. Don't even expect a good response on call regarding anything. They keep token numbers as reserve and do not issue it to the patients in any order and later fill the gap while those who came early will keep waiting for their turn. There is no systematic way of how they call the token number. It's as per the whims of the receptionists. Token number are no where displayed, and they let people in between token numbers so you will be waiting forever.(atleast 3 hours if you are not the favorite list of the receptionist). And we feel so bad for the old aged people sitting for hours without food not even knowing when they can go back home This doctor is available at few hospitals in Kollam itself, it will be a good idea to meet him at the hospital than his clinic as there will definitely be a better system in any other place than this clinic.
