Very worst service and worst customer support. My Dads bike had battery issue even though the bike was under warranty they don't care to check and replace the battery.. pathetic response from the service manager and the concerned team. They just know how to sell bikes that's it.

Dear Suzuki I have had free service for my new vehicle in CHITRADURGA branch and I have found certain discrimination in the bill they are charging extra money and they are not printing it and they are arguing that it's company procedure I have had my other services for my other vehicle but other branches won't do that, kindly look it to matter and take necessary actions #Suzuki @Suzuki
Service is pathetic here. They won't take any responsibility for what they deliver. My scooter problem was not fixed but they claimed it was fixed with in 2 hours from the service it started giving same problem. The service is very poor
The watchman don't have basic manners he acts like he owns the place. He doesn't even tell the timings properly. yaaru guru niivell watch man sri ill. I gave my bike to service and they charged 1400 and didn't even wash my bike. Worst experience
