Very bad service, service staff is not at all cooperative, If customer asks for tea water or anything, staff just refuses that nothing will be available at 10 pm, Very poor hospitality, the owner must check what is going on in his hotel, no one is caring about the customer service and satisfaction.

The location is superb, you just enter Bijnor then turn left on Bijnor Bypass and there it is! There place is HUGE, and I mean everything. The parking is huge, the marriage ground is huge, the building for hall and rooms is huge. Even the con of this place is huge which is Service! The lift was not working on the day when you are hosting a marriage, huge disappointment. When the lift finally started working, we got stuck between 1st and 2nd floor, it took 15 mins to get us out. The lock of the room's door was not working. The geyser in the washroom was not working. No toilet paper. The light was not working in the room. Overall, I will say "Badi dukaan pheeka pakwaan, mazaa nahi aaya".
We went first for the cocktail party as our friend was getting hitched. The plus point of this place is its location and the ambience. Plenty of place and cleanliness are the things which get u going. Then for marriage, it is one of the best locations in bijnor. Rooms are well maintained and service is fine .
