We had booked 17 seater TT with AC from Siddhivinayak travels for our trip from Kolhapur. We were given old TT with AC water dripping from the ceiling and was not as per our expectations. When complained, next day we were arranged for a 11 seater TT (AC stopped working in this TT too after one hour of travelling). Luckily we were 9 people travelling and we wanted to travel comfortably as we were a group of majority of senior citizens. The only reason they are getting 4 stars with all these hiccups is because of the humbleness and the support we received. They accepted their mistakes and adjusted the final billing fairly by charging for 11 seater non AC TT rates. Both the drivers were excellent and arranged for quick paada darshan in Vitthal Rukmini temple at Pandrapur.
