This doctor asked the attendant today that, if you use Ayushman then you need to ensure admission of your ward for minimum 7 days. Neither disclose information to attendant nor care for patients, lacks basic altitudes. Please avoid visiting to him.
Vey poor experience, the call attender has zero knowledge of the happenings inside the office. If you call them to check the update of the patients health they'll say, you'll have to visit the hospital then only they'll tell. However, If you live far away it's not possible for everyone to visit everytime that's why they should give updates regarding the health and conditions. Also they should try to speak more politely to their callers, take this seriously.
