Good Place To Stay If Need Arises. Restaurant Here Offers Only Tea On Demand. Have To Visit Other Restaurants For Meals. It Is Not So Crowded Place, May Be Its Location Away From The Main City Is The Reason. A Room Rent Of 2500/ Seems Little More For The Place And Check Out At 10AM Is A Bit Early.

The hotel stay was good. The room was nice and clean. It has fixed window so couldnt open it for fresh air. Outside view was great. The outside garden was beautiful amd well maintained. The staff was friebdly to provide with any help as required. The breakfast was delicious. Overall money well spent with only one thing that it was kind of far from the main city

It was 2 - BAD. Pros: 1. Rooms were nice and spacious. 2. Staff at reception was curtious and polite Cons: 1. Washrooms were smelling badly, no vantilation or exhaust was there, a wierd smell were there which can't be tolerated and avoided. 2. On requesting multiple times, no room freshener were provided. 3. Booking was already done for 3 people in one room and for 2 in other, even then the room with triple sharing doesn't have the extra bedsheet and blanket prior. 4. Bad service, in the morning, on multiple times, no hot water for drinking and tea were provided. Tea was ready when we checked out the room, and hence we ultimately returned it. 5. In morning, no hot running water was there for bathing... And we have to bath in cold water in this chilly winter. On asking, they said that the plumbing issue is there, and plumber is unavailable at the moment. Why it was not checked prior to provide the rooms, when booking was done 2-3 days back.

This the worst place to stay ,rate per room is too high without any facility. No hot water, even room keys not working. No morning tea facility. guard is managing everything no manager. Totally unprofessional.

Worst services ever received by any hotel. Staff including the receptionist , manager and general manager don't know how to treat guest in a proper gesture. If there is any higher authority or the owner is considering this review so please correct these behaviour and gesture of the staff. This is the hardest complain I m posting.

Nice hotel in the outskirts of Pali city. They have beautiful garden which is used for functions. i think rooms mostly used for guest who come for attending the functions. Staff well mannered.
