Siddha Waterfront - Apartment complex in Kolkata, Barrackpore - 24 Paraganas North, India

Siddha waterfront is a residential complex in front of a lake. Three stations of Sealdah Suburban section are nearer to this complex. One is Khardah, second one is Titagarh and the third one is Barrackpore. Some projects are complete and some are in completion stage of this complex. In this area this type of complex is unique enough with good security and other facilities.

Pathetic experience. My flat and car parking was registered 3 years back. Still I don't know which one is my parking. Sidhha facility office saying it's not their duty to mark the parking , park street head office saying to mail them repeatedly. Just imagine, 3 years and still the same. Siddha is such a big project, still like this. I think here most of the 5* reviews are paid reviews. Think before your investment here.

Nice place to stay. The design is marvelous, with pond inside the community. Available with all facilities. Very near to Titagarh railway station.

Siddha waterfront is dream housing project of Siddha. It is really a big project with a central waterbody, ample greenery, modern club with multi gym and swimming pool. First phase has been completed and residents came to reside there. What I felt most amazing is its connectivity and construction quality. I like it very much.

Very bad! I have a house Flat no. 1004 lavender here and the bathroom ceiling is leaking. I have tried to get it fixed by talking to the maintenance head Deviprasad for around 4-5 months to no avail. Attaching the pictures here. I really hope this gives some attention to it and I get the problem fixed honestly.
