First of all I wanted to express my gratitude to Siddaganga Hospital , Doctors , Staff & Insurance billing team..On 26th Aug'23 I sensed a mild pain in my heart & cosultated a physian Dr.Shivakumar sir after ECG I was referred to Dr. Bhanu Prakash/ Sharath sir in Siddaganga hospital immediately as there was a mild heart attack. I went to Sidaganga with my wife to emergency ward & gave the reference letter of physian. Immediately I was admitted..Dr.Bhanu Prakash sir came within 10 minutes diagnosed & was instructed for angioplasty as there was a blockage in my heart wains. Good part was Dr. Bhanu Prakash sir explained about the situation to my wife & assured i will be taken care completely. My angioplasty was done by Dr. Shah Sir with Dr. Banuprakash Sir & Dr. Sharath sir guidance it was successfuly completed. Now it's almost 1 and half month I am completely all right had 2 Follow up consultation with Dr. Bhanuprakash sir. Well suggested about my future life style & diet... Once agian my sincere gratitude Dr. Bhanuprakash Sir & to every one in Siddaganga hospital i met. Thanks & Regards Manjunath M S.

Doctors There are no adequate efficient doctors in the emergency department after 9pm but support staff nurses were helpful to give first aid treatment but timing should to immediate that they were lacking. But after when shifted patient at 11 pm to the private ward till morning none of the doctors came to treat the patient only one duty doctor came but did not serve the purpose so we must wait till morning after that allotment of doctor to the specific disease the nurses lacked to place them but as we know Dr. Shalini and Dr. Narsimha Murthy we only told to assign the doctors both were excellent in treating the patient and even Dr. Aditya also very much helpful to give a good medication to cure the patient effectively. 3. Pharmacy Because we are having insurance there was no problem, but after discharged I could face the issue there is lack of staff in the pharma counter as they went tea break the waiting period is long so cutdown that to give faster process. Hidden Rates vasofix22g-Rs211, vasofix20g-Rs232, Easy fix-Rs67= Rs510 for every prick this comes in disposables part not covered in insurance and outside this is available for Rs150 which is 4 times the actual price this is done 4 times for us leads to Rs2000.This should be rectified and make affordable. 5. Nursing They were attentive and care taking nurses but, in the night, there was only ONE nurse was assigned to the entire floor this leads to the lack of on time treatment to the patient and there should be mandatory to check the patient every hour irrespective of calling and provide more nurses to the entire floor and dietician came last day gave a sheet and no knowledge was shared but it is billed as they came every day. 6. Billing department This is the one of the worst departments in the entire hospital specifically insurance department the sub ordinate staff was good Ms. Sarita handled initial documentation correctly and guided but I only visited to the department to lodge the case intimation to the Star health but they need to call or come to ward to take initial steps. Then comes the dangerous part final billing Mr. KEHSHAV he is a such a arrogant and such short tempered person in entire hospital and not at all listen to the query and he is not ready to explain the billing details of total bill of Rs.41372 he is telling we are here only to send docs to company give the bill and take payment there is so much high rise in voice which is no one can tolerate initially the bill to be paid by patient is Rs.12295 i just asked the details he is not ready to answer YOU SHOULD PAY THIS MUCH in a arrogant voice and after that I consulted PRO Mr. Kantraj he helped and talked to the authorities and made it to Rs.5000 final payable but my query is we are insured why should we pay and it is specifically written in Authorisation document "DO NOT COLLECT FROM PATIENT " but Keshav is not ready to explain things the charges is company u need to pay go and ask them in an arrogant voice after again mail the amount has been increased and now the final bill was Rs.3565 after that asked the about the detailed explanation he is not ready to explain things in a polite way to convenience the patient and he is NOT FIT for that role in your hospital but why this hustle to be done this is disgusting such horrible staff it's really a nightmare when you admitted senior citizen they don't enough knowledge and thinking level to deal with this DREADFUL staff. 7. Food and Beverages Quality of the food is not up to standards it is not made in good quality ingredients so food was AVERAGE but timing, freshness and hotness is maintained and can provide 2LTR of packaged drinking water daily. 8. Housekeeping and maintenance When we enter the ward in night the washroom was not cleaned. 9. Wow factor Overall, it was an AVERAGE stay in hospital. In emergency department to act fast to the situation and adequate doctor nurses needed in night times and insurance dept Keshav is not good his behaviour is not at all good for hospital reputation and patients .

Treatment and doctors was better. but faced horrible time in ward the roughly handle the patient, if there is any issue the ward nursing staff won't respond at all quickly need to be called several times, worst at night all will be sitting and gossiping, adminstration department need to take care of this quickly.

Is there any way to give zero rating or 0.5 I would have given that hospital is not fit for one rating also. Admitted my father due severe chest pain, based on ECG and blood report only doctor telling blockage is there , angiogram later they will do which of 15k and stent angioplasty will cost 1.5lakhs package he said. From midnight to late morning no echo or doctor visit done. Just given some injections. Later we asked them for discharge, we don't want to do any angiogram or any operation here so they were upset and took almost 4hrs to discharge wasted our time like anything worst experience only money minded. Then we came to Jayadeva hospital Bangalore here all expert's doctors are telling not to do angiogram also as my father is 66yrs aged and hemoglobin is very less so they said don't want to take any risk and chase they dint do angiogram given all injections and tablets my father is fine now. Medical store in siddaganga hospital will loot your money like anything 1rs also discount they won't give instead they might charge more money only waste and worst experience we had.

Worst hospital in Tumkur, they don't know the seriousness of emergency condition. We went to hospital around 11pm and they sent us to MRI scan at 5pm in emergency situation and telling that we have other patients, so need to wait. Also, in such a big hospital, we need to go outside for a scan again need to pay for ambulance and it's time consuming. Instead of this, they have to arrange all scaning facilities inside the hospital. Overall, very worst experience and I shifted patient within 1day to Bangalore hospital.

Please don't visit this hospital ...entire service is worst ...nurse will not take care the patient..as we stayed in 2nd floor no response to our question ...doctor didn't attended us by giving reason weekend then why should they wrongly informat as 24/7 services ,simply they inform us to admit by stating false statement doctor will be available and emergency......even bill payment people don't respond us properly

A very good experience, the services that I received from siddaganga hospital is excellent, Dr bhanuprakash are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care, Mr naveen (cardiology coordinator )did a great job. I must appreciate the care and kindness that I received and he was being very supportive from the start to end . Over all a great experience
