One of my worst experiences. After having confirmed the room with payment accepted, the person at the reception of a 3 star property was arrogant tell me there are no rooms available. I tried to tell him, I have a confirmed booking, to which he was totally deaf. He said he has no rooms. His next response was asking me to cancel the booking. I said I can if he refunds right there. He refused and finally someone else offered me a room. The state of the room was in such standards where toilet doors reminded me of old Indian railway toilets that were decorated by various artists. Truly 3 Star. Amazing place. Spoke with Manager the next day overthe phone. He seemed least bothered and concerned of such an incident. Usual reply. I will enquire. Never Ever. make the mistake of going anywhere near this hotel.

Nice bar.... But u should pay the bill 2 times... Bcz mangmnt is running the property lack of fund... ... So they collecting money from customers in two wayzz... In my exprnce once i payd the money thrw scanner...tha bill amount is already done they told me the scanr have sme prblm pay by cash.. Nd u r dedctd amnt frm acnt will be refund.... I calld the mngmnt aftr 10/15 days there is no rply... Whn i called ther rply was like the same... They r looking.... ... Aftr 1/2 mnths they still looking......so i have a little advse fr the custmrs... If u had 500 rs bill... Plz keep 1000...

Its an under rated bar in thodupuzha..the roof garden is very nice. The service is very bad. The attitude of the staff is very bad. Everything else is good. The executive bar is decent but they maintain it like a local bar not properly cleaned and the complementary food they serve with the liquor made me doubt whether it's an executive bar or not

Location, Rooms and Service Is Excellent. BUT Food Need Much Improvement... They Used To Serve Very Tasty Food Few Years Back..

I had to open the goibibo app once again and show him there was still rooms available at the tike when I was at his reception. His next response was asking me to cancel the booking. I said I can if he refunds right there. He refused and finally someone else offered me a room.
