Had bought a sterling silver chain for my kid with an assurance from them that it will be the strongest one among what they have. Price was Rs.1000. Somehow, It got damaged/broken on the same day while the kid was sleeping, when we approached them, they said they will get it back for Rs.200. My feedback based on all past purchases is: they are 1) giving false assurance about the quality. 2) not transparent enough on the return policy upfront. Update: Thanks for your response saying "We do not guarantee our Sterling collections as "strong one" - While purchasing, we weren't told about this and when we specifically asked about the quality, we were told "it will be strong" but actually it is not based on your response now. This lack of transparency is the main concern here.
