Great stay!
I had a very comfortable stay.
The receptionist was so nice he offered a complimentary breakfast for me when I had booked one without.
Room was very neat and clean.
Location is very convenient as near the airport.
Only a good thing was food, otherwise the receptionist lady and the person who said that he is the manager, they didn't know their work at all, pathetic behaviour, i don't know how any owner can hire these kind of people, kitchen staff and cook were awesome, everything related to room was worse. I got fooled by seeing the pictures it is almost opposite what you see on Google. Worst choice I have made to stay there.
I am editing this review, because after posting my review the receptionist lady called me and questioned me about why I posted a bad review for her. And still she thinks that her behaviour was good. I don't know what kind of thinking these kinds of people have.
That means if you share a genuine review which is bad for them then they will call you and question you. These type of people are dangerous they can harm you also by anyway.
I don't know how these people can get a job.
Worst place.
We went for a family gathering. room had bad smell. AC was not working in banquet.after complaining for 5-6 times they said its not working and technician is coming. They were definately lying. Service is worst. I recommend never book a room here. Zero hygiene washrooms are literally smelling bad. No staff was bother about anything. There behaviour towards us was like *karna hai to karo nai to niklo*
amenities were good including party lawn, parking, restaurant, etc.
The staff were very responsive, polite and helpful.
The ambience was very suitable for family. The staff behaviour was very good.
The rooms were smelly and not aired. They were stuffy and felt as if we were in a room without oxygen. With the AC on it was better but they seriously need to increase the ventilation of the rooms and bathrooms. The bed backs were very dirty. They should be cleaned. The overall cleanliness of the room could be better. If these problems are solved, the hotel and rooms are a great place to stay... its a budget friendly hotel.
After a stay of 7 days, I can summarise the following things:Good:1. Hotel is at the very approachable location. One can easily move anywhere from Hotel location.2. Food is considerably good but menu is confusing!3. Hotel staff and management are supportive and humble.4. Room service is prompt.5. Sleeping bed is very comfortable.Improvements:1. Overall ambiance of the hotel is not of the 3 star level.2. Local slum area is the surrounding.3. Daily utilities of Bathroom is not of the 3 star level.4. One needs to remind them to place a water bottle and coffee/tea sachet.5. There is no smart TV and one can't use Fire TV stick properly as TV is not supportable.6. Fridge is also not working.There is a work desk inside a Room. Which is very helpful. If the improvements are carried out, this would be a great place for a stay.
Everything was good from check inn experience to check out experience giving 4 stars cutting one star of the didn't provide me 24x7 warm water in bathroom in night there only water was coming both the sides, would like them to put this in notice for my next visit there hotel.
Trust me, this is the most disastrous hotel I have ever booked. I'm a frequent traveller. So don't go by the reviews, seems to be totally cooked up. The place is shoddy, the locality in unhygienic, the staff members are rude and downright arrogant. And this can't get worse, they demand only Aadhaar as an ID Proof when all other ID proofs such as Voter ID etc are all valid.
Such a pathetic and unpleasant experience that I would never ever want to visit this hotel again. Totally poor service
Overall an utter disappointment.
I would give ZERO star if that option was available.

This is a good hotel situated at a nice location near the highway. We stayed here on our trip enroute to Somnath and then on our way back to Ahmedabad.
