The overall quality of the services provided was excellent. The stylists were skilled and attentive. The salon was clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable during my visit. The salon's ambiance was relaxing and enjoyable. It added to the overall experience.
Pathetic experience. I just did a cleanup from here, they added some peel off mask along with it, to which I agreed. Later the beautician hardly spent any time in cleansing & scrubbing and almost gave 10 mins of steam. Also the scrub she used was burning my skin and I told her that, she responded saying it's the mild one. I doubt if she used the single person kit for my cleanup, I didn't see her using it. Within 15mins I was done for mask, out of which 10mins were spent on steam. Also the peel off mask which they marketed me wasn't actually removed by peeling, she scratched off with some spatula, it was supposed to be a peel off. I do not recommend this salon for any skin care treatments.
I'm sorry to say but this beauty salon is the worst experience ever. Poor service, bridal makeup was a joke and ridiculous. I got makeup done for my engagement which was very bad as everyone in my engagement criticized my makeup. Please, it is an insult to them to charge Rs 10000 for the service they did.
