The natural view from rooms of hotel is just wonderful and so nice. The hospitality is very nice and even the food is fantastic and so tasty. I stayed for 2 days bt its feels like home. Rooms are very spacious and at very reasonable price. The staff is too good they have also managed nice bike for me at very reasonable rate compare to market. True value for money.....

High rates, low grade service, Unethical practice they do for booking. There are many options for hotel booking in Mount Abu. I stayed there for 3 days, club vista had arranged booking for me and my parents, hotel had not taken advance of single rupee from agency to survive in competition. Club vista didn't paid to hotel for 2 days after I check in ,hotel staff started asking me for money which I had already paid to club vista. Both party I. e club vista and hotel blue valley staff had spoiled my trip thoroughly. I suggested hotel staff should collect booking amount from agency so guest like us don't suffer, but they didn't agree, they started arguing with me instead of supporting me. They don't change towels, there food service is late but it is good taste wise. They don't give amenities easily, you have to ask again and again.

Budget-friendly hotel situated in a scenic location. The hotel owner and the staff are equally corteous and friendly. Did not get the opportunity to try out the food, but the snacks we ordered were good enough in quality.

We stayed in your hotel for 2 nights during 13-14 Aug, 2017 in three rooms. Our experience was not good and we couldn't enjoy our stay. Condition and housekeeping of all three rooms was pathetic and it was no where closure to what you show on internet. Toilets etc were in such a bad shape that we preferred to use Sulabh Shauchalay at Nakki lake parking. Sir, It was a harrasement for us to be there for two nights and I sincerely request you to get required maintenance done in the building then only offer it for other guests. Rating mentioned by Goibibo and Tripadvisor etc are not the right reflection of ugly state of affairs of old building.

Absolute waste of money. DON'T go here- my recommendation. Disgusting smelly rooms and bathroom, even after multiple cleaning requests and room freshened sprays. Rooms have chipping paint, cockroaches all over and different types of insects crawling all over you while sleeping. Bathroom is as disgusting as it gets. Broken windows disgusting toilet seats such that you won't want to sit on them. I won't pay 500 rupees for an AC room. Avoid it at all costs.

One of the staff member came inside without knocking and that too by opening the lock. Management was not ready to accept the fault. I left the hotel midnight itself as it was not at all safe staying here.

Very costly hotel rooms with no facilities. Intercom was not working. although we complaint at reception but all in vain. This sorry room's cost was 2500 for one day.
