Company gives appraisal to their emoloyee for the year (ex- April'22-March'23) and pay in the month of October'23 which is more than 6 months late and for which no interest is given to employee as they are keeping emoloyees money with them for six months. As per Industrial Act, Labour Law Act, Compensation Act, Wages Act, and as per general law it is not correct and company is liable for penalty and strict action taken as per provision of the Acts. Govt and various other govt dept. Should take legal action against them. Govt can verify in ongoing FY also as this is currently happening.

One of the best company in India. They maintain the quality of product. Due to good quality they are expanding day by day. I also worked in this company work environment is very good. They make comfortable environment to their staff so employee can work freely. Also leave policy is very good the management understand any problem of employee. For any reason or any issue employee can meet with directors. Directors are very down to earth they always takes decision in favor of employee and company growth.

I had given interview, selected but they were saying to join within 15 days, which is not possible for me. After some day the HR called me and said that I have written messages to one of the VP of this organization(the person I know personally) something like did not get feedback from HR. But I did not do anything and sent the Screenshots of my messages to HR. I mean this is really really not something like near about any professionalism. Very bad experience. Please do not join Shyam steel as a Software engineer. They lack professional etiquette

I am giving one star just because one of its unit (Shyam Ispat Udyog - G T Road ) having a manager name - patro. He is very ill mannered... He talks slangs and says watever he feels like to party, vendors, employees, contractors etc. He although broke company relationships with old good parties, contractors with his mouth and brought his own circle parties vendors and even trying to appoint his persons as employees just to strengthen his power. Comapny can do external audit and take feedback from old parties , contractors, employees etc for confirmation. Company should not authorrize such person with powers blindly.Management must look into this matter and must protect their built goodwill after so much of years hard work.

I have received a mail based on my naukri profile from shyam steel.then I got a mail for attending interview.I was there to attend the interview on scheduled day bt due to heavy rain interview get cancelled and I was informed when I was suppose to enter the office at 11 a.m. starting tym of interview.Then after 2 days later another person called me and said to attend interview on next day which was i.possible for me, then he said ok I wil schedule the interview on next week monday or tuesday. I was expecting their call or mail for rescheduled interview but nothing received. After that I called the HR to get the info abt interview and the dissapintment happen.She told me that the interview is closed, and I was denying to attend the interview on next day thats why they didnt informed me. I was very excited after getting the interview call and expected to get the job but the unprofessionalism from A big name lyk Shyam steel open my eyes. Sorry to say bt now I thank god that I was not apponited there otherwisr I had to face more dissapointments...
