Shyam park is an elevated metro station located on the branch line of the Blue Line of the Delhi Metro in Delhi. Built as part of a 2.57 km extension from Anand Vihar station, it was originally expected to open in March 2011.[1] After multiple delays, the station finally opened on 14 July 2011, with 200 parking spaces to cater to commuters in the vicinity. The station is considered among the commercially well utilized metro stations. With the ground area below the station strategically used by popular MNC food outlets and fine dining restaurants such as Domino's, McDonald's, Mr. Brown Bakery, Sree Rathnam & Maini's Green Leaf, perks up a refreshing delight for the travelers and food lovers alikeOne of the best mandis ever visited, very organised, covered,clean, well managed, and structured, I shifted from ludhiana to panchkula and for me ot was a world of difference. Rates are stuck outside every stall and there is no scope for any confusion, there is an organic vegetables shop also inside the mandi where you get fresh vege on Saturday. Good parking, proper roads, givs you a feel of vegetables markets of outside india.This place is local subzi mandi for the locals. You will get fresh vegetables and fruits at reasonable price. We visit the palce just passing from here and 10 min stay.

Clean and well maintained

It's on the Ghaziabad Dilshad garden red line. Rajendra Nagar is nearby. Even if you want to head towards Hindon Air force station you can easily go from here. This metro station is not old so the infrastructure is quite good and new. In the morning during office hours you will not get seat from this station as full train comes from Ghaziabad side
