Shyam Hospital - Hospital in Patna - Patna, India

This is very bad hospital. I have lost my baby. The organiser of this hospital calls the doctor only once in 24 hours whether your baby is in critical, there is no matter for the incharge of this hospital. All the receptionists are very very negligent. The ICU is not neat and clean even the ICU facility is not sufficient. The baby is not cared well here. All the nurses and attendents are totally untrained. The behaviour of receptionists are not good, they are not kind at all. They don't understand our babies their own. This hospital wants only money. All the staffs are very very negligent.

About Doctors - unavailable all the time + -emergency room is a joke + -sanitary staff was attending the emergency patients+ -doctors use fear as a method to loot as much as possible from the patient ( dr S.P) Nurses/ ward boys-. Pathetic + untrained + patients's relative had to guide them for basic procedures + ward boys were chewing guthkha in the emergency room and general ward + almost every second staff in the hospital was chewing khaini or guthkha in the ward Basic facilities- no food or water was given to the patient for 8 hours Medical waste + used ppe kits were kept open amongst the waiting area Pharmacy ( most important)- 1.) The man at the pharmacy is a professional con/fraud. He gives only half the medicine for full price and since everyone is in a hurry, his actions gets unnoticed. 2) he is always chewing guthkha 3)nexus between pharmacy and wardboys /nurses and doctors....they precribe extra medicine which is again returned to the oharmacy in secrecy. Payments- They took off the oxygen mask from the patient because we were late by 1 hour for payment.

Very Very Very bad hospital don't admit any one here all docters are uneducated all nerus are uneducated and gawar

This is the best hospital in patna, All doctors, All staff & Directors is best behaviour & friendly behaviour, patient care best

Never ever consider this hospital one of the pathetic hospital,staff and Doctors I have ever seen ,nurses are very lazy and irresponsible because their irresponsible behaviour i lost my dad .here doctors are not God they are business men who are playing with their patients life. Don't trust this hospital.

Very neat and clean hospital. Very cooperative staffs and doctors. All facilities avlaible here like pathology,ultrasound,pharmacy,icu,ot and lift. A unit of SAM health care and nursing pvt.Ltd.also well doctors are available here. Very good and nice hospital.

Worst hospital I have seen till now.... They are doing looting only on behalf of COVID-19. They don't have basic things. They are gidh you can say...

This hospital doesn't have a ventilator..if u read comment I will suggest go to better hospital,...not shyam hospital....
