My visit to shukra yogalaya was a transformative experience. I left feeling not only physically stronger but also mentally more at peace. I'll definitely be returning. Christy is awesome.
I was in Mamallapuram almost 3 weeks, and every morning I took Christy's yoga classes. She is really an amazing teacher, she is very prepared and her yoga is very very effective. She is very careful to correct and help each participant. Beautiful the time that is devoted to the breath at the beginning of each practice. I'm really glad I met Christy and her beautiful yoga group. I will return soon to Mamallapuram happy to continue with its daily practices. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! Eliana
We were in the area on a group tour and reached out to see if we could arrange a private class. We had limited time available and Chrissy was super accommodating with us. The Shala was clean and easy to find and we were delighted it had fans to keep us cool during the practice. The class was the perfect balance of challenge, relaxation and humour and we were all amazed at what our bodies were capable of with some precise adjustments!! A great experience and we would highly recommend.
Shukra yogalaya in mamallapuram is a serene haven for yoga enthusiasts.the expert instructors and peaceful ambiance provided a truly rejuvenating experience.
We had the pleasure of attending one class. Her ability to challenge us in a calm yet confident way was admirable. From walking into the bliss studio, to leaving with a smile on our faces we felt welcomed, warm and in nurturing hands. An added bonus was her knowledge of how each pose has health benefits relating to the world we live in now. English is fantastic. Thank you for the experience!
I'm posting this review nearly after my 10 months of completion here.I'm very glad for Joined Shukra yogalaya, it is one of the best thing I have done in the recent year while there was a lot of chaos (pandemic) happening around us. I highly recommending this place for those who really wants to stay positive, fit & healthy. Christy mam is a very professional Yoga guru in the town. She is a very committed, dedicated, generous & positive person and especially a great motivator which is very essential to be a good teacher. Having mix sessions on cardio, meditation, Zumba along with asanas is great & makes the class more enjoyable. Every day session here brings more positive vibes and especially the morning session here is a kinda of preparing us mentally & physically for the whole day run.
